Responsibilities

Lead data management and evaluation efforts for the MyALIGN professional development initiative.

Oversee and manage the research resource library.

Ensure timely and accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting to support program improvement and accountability.

Conduct day‑to‑day data evaluation activities of MyALIGN offerings for outcome tracking and continuous quality improvement (CQI).

Develop and implement brief data collection tools for singular events (e.g., webinars, training).

Analyze data by event and longitudinally, providing periodic reports and insights.

Collect, monitor, analyze, and report data collected through the MyALIGN LMS and its users.

Support the Assistant Director in collection and analysis of MyALIGN customer satisfaction data.

Oversee quality assurance and security of collected data.

Manage the research resource library housed within the LMS; support design and implementation of tagging strategies for research assets.

Develop and maintain taxonomies and controlled vocabularies to improve searchability; analyze usage patterns and search behaviors to optimize asset discoverability.

Collaborate with MyALIGN program staff to align data collection, analysis, and reporting standards with program goals.

Generate data‑informed reports and insights for internal use and external dissemination; provide CQI recommendations to the Assistant Directors of MyALIGN (e.g., Research & Evaluation, Programming).

Contribute to research publications and presentations as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience; or a combination of post‑high‑school education and experience equal to six years.

Preferred Qualifications

Experienced in LMS data management, training evaluation, and continuous quality improvement (CQI) frameworks.

Skilled in data cataloguing, taxonomy development, and managing controlled vocabularies.

Proficient in data analysis, visualization, and reporting using modern tools and techniques.

Strong understanding of search and retrieval systems, including indexing and tagging strategies.

Effective working independently and in collaborative team environments.
