A Day in the Life This is a position that plays an important role in our construction projects. They assist through the all life-cycles of a project by supporting and learning from project managers. They work on multiple different construction projects at a time.

REPORTS TO: Project Manager

PURPOSE: The purpose of this job project is to learn the fundamentals of staff and resource management and assist the project team to ensure quality work is performed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

What You'll Do

Assist the project leader and superintendent project budgeting, bidding, buyouts, and certifications of occupancies, and project accounting

Manage submittals, RFIs, closeouts, as-builts, and shop drawings

Ensure equipment and material arrive at the jobsite per schedule

Complete procurement log and submittals in a timely manner

Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Projects, and Outlook

Follow Graham Core Process, including jobsite checklists

Maintain great relationships with owners/clients, architects, trade partners, and other industry representatives

All other duties as assigned

What Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities You'll Bring

Bachelors degree in construction management/related degree (), associates degree in construction management or equivalent field experience

Great verbal and written communication skills

Extremely detail-oriented

Strong leadership skills

Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary

Legal Requirements

Valid driver's license

Ability to pass pre-employment testing

Must be able to navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather.

Must be able to work in a noisy environment

Ability to work within 3G Companies' operational regions, as assigned

Ability to take and pass OSHA 30 certification
