Job Description We are seeking a junior, intern-level person for this role, eager to assist and learn from the more advanced server lab technicians that we currently have on this team. An ideal candidate would have experience with test environments, server hardware, server administration, and server bring‑up including racking, assembly, component troubleshooting, imaging, and debug. We are not expecting applicants to cover the majority of skills listed in the job description.

This person is intended to be promoted to Lab Technician when their skill level is satisfactory and there is a confirmed opening on the server lab technician team, and will receive an appropriate pay raise at that time.

Location 100% onsite in Redmond WA.

Our lab provides 24/7 service, and we may need this person to come in at different hours to cover for callouts and open positions from our evening/night shift teams.

Team Environment In this role, the nature of the work is dynamic and requires a collaborative attitude. While you will have specific duties, it’s important to understand that the entire team is responsible for the final delivery, and this may occasionally involve taking on additional tasks outside your primary responsibilities. The ability to adapt and contribute wherever needed is key to succeeding in this environment.
