We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated analytical individual to join our Northeast Financial Group firm. In general, the entrepreneurial individual who successfully qualifies and is selected will work within a team of Financial Advisors whose goal is to help clients achieve financial goals.
Responsibilities
Developing relationships with clients (both existing and prospective)
Gathering client information and using that information to build robust financial plans
Helping clients prepare for their retirement
Preparing and reviewing investment portfolio recommendations
Qualifications
Self‑starter who thrives in a collaborative environment
Customer service champion with strong communication and negotiation skills
Problem solver and critical thinker
Life‑long learner seeking continued education and professional development
Prior sales experience and/or a penchant for networking and seeking new clients
College degree or equivalent work/life experience; minimum of a high school diploma or GED
Motivation to obtain the required FINRA and state licenses; prior exposure to the financial services industry is a plus
Upon successful completion of the Pre‑Contract Affiliate phase, compensation is initially $15/hour. After that, you may become a full‑time Financial Professional Associate paid solely on a commission and bonus basis. FPAs regularly earn average compensation ranging from $50,000–$75,000 in commissions and bonuses in the first full year.
Eligible FPAs may enroll in a 401(k) plan, participate in company‑sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans, and may be eligible for paid leave.
