Base pay range:
$100,000.00/yr – $120,000.00/yr

Warehouse Manager responsibilities include:
Monitor overall warehouse operations, analyze delivery performance indicators, and develop improvement plans.
Lead the addition, optimization, and continuous updating of warehouse operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Oversee daily operations and performance of logistics suppliers, manage supplier performance, develop bidding strategies, and address service quality issues.
Plan and design lean logistics solutions, identify requirements, develop feasible plans, and ensure successful implementation.
Act as a bridge between upstream and downstream departments to foster collaboration and drive organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
More than 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 3 years of project team management experience.
Relevant experience in logistics for manufacturing, particularly in the consumer electronics industry.
Familiarity with advanced logistics technologies, automation, and smart equipment.
Proficiency with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite; strong analytical capabilities to support data‑driven decision making.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills; ability to establish and maintain strong connections across teams and with external partners.
Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and ability to thrive in challenging environments.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.
