Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor electrical apprentice crews on commercial and industrial job sites

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures

Plan and execute installations of raceways, conduits, and cable tray systems

Diagnose and repair motors, control systems, and related electrical components

Perform routine maintenance and ensure systems are up to code

Enforce company standards for quality, efficiency, and safety compliance

Requirements & Qualifications

Valid Texas Journeyman License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR)

Demonstrated experience leading crews or working in a supervisory role

Strong background in commercial electrical installations

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents

Proficiency with industry‑standard electrical tools and materials

Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and critical‑thinking skills

Dependable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented attitude

Salary Description 80,000-100,000
