Community & Corporate Partnerships Manager

Pay Range: $85,000 – $90,000 annually

Status: Full-time, Exempt (Hybrid eligible)

Location: YWCA Minneapolis

What You’ll Do As the Community & Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will play a vital role in advancing YWCA Minneapolis’s mission to eliminate racism and empower women and girls by cultivating strategic corporate relationships and community partnerships that inspire engagement and investment. You’ll lead corporate sponsorship strategy, manage YWCA’s partnership with event production companies, and create authentic, mission-driven collaborations that amplify our impact across the Twin Cities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate partners to support annual fundraising goals through sponsorships, donations, employee engagement, and cause-marketing initiatives.

Identify, cultivate, and secure sponsorships for YWCA signature events such as the Empower Possible Luncheon and the YWCA Women’s Triathlon.

Create customized partnership proposals and presentations that align with each partner’s values, CSR priorities, and equity commitments.

Partner with Marketing and Communications to ensure sponsorship deliverables, branding, and recognition are fulfilled.

Steward partners through consistent communication, impact reporting, and mission storytelling that demonstrates return on investment.

Serve as lead relationship manager for third-party event production companies to ensure event goals, budgets, and timelines align with YWCA standards.

Provide oversight for YWCA’s signature events, including sponsorship strategy, partner activation, and internal coordination.

Build relationships with community organizations, chambers, and civic leaders to enhance YWCA’s visibility, reputation, and community impact.

Represent YWCA Minneapolis at community gatherings, partner meetings, and volunteer events.

Collaborate across departments to align community engagement efforts with organizational priorities and fundraising initiatives.
