About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and driven

Revenue Enablement Specialist

to join our global team, supporting our growing business across

EMEA and North America . In this role, you will partner with sales, marketing, and cross‑functional teams to deliver world‑class enablement programs that accelerate pipeline creation, increase win rates, and drive revenue growth.

This is a high‑impact role for a strategic enabler who thrives in fast‑paced environments, can translate business needs into actionable programs, and is passionate about empowering go‑to‑market teams to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deliver, and continuously optimize enablement programs across the sales cycle, from prospecting to expansion.

Partner with regional leadership to understand business priorities and align enablement initiatives to revenue goals.

Develop role‑based learning paths, playbooks, and certifications that boost seller effectiveness and confidence.

Drive the adoption of tools, processes, and methodologies to increase productivity and consistency across teams.

Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales Ops, and other cross‑functional partners to ensure GTM teams are equipped with the right messaging, content, and skills.

Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and role plays for EMEA & NA sellers, tailored to local market needs.

Leverage data and performance metrics to measure impact, identify gaps, and refine enablement strategies.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

2–3 years in Sales/Revenue/BD Enablement, Sales or a related GTM role within SaaS/technology companies.

Expertise:

Strong understanding of the sales process, methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC, Challenger, Value Selling, SPIN), and the buyer’s journey.

Collaboration:

Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Coaching Skills:

Excellent presenter and coach, comfortable engaging diverse audiences across geographies.

Analytical Mindset:

Ability to use data to assess effectiveness and inform decision‑making.

Adaptability:

Comfortable working across time zones, balancing global consistency with regional nuance.

Tools Knowledge:

Familiarity with modern sales tech stacks (Salesforce, Mindtickle, Gong, Highspot, Outreach, etc.).
