Supply Chain Planner
We’re seeking a strategic and analytical Supply Chain Planner who thrives at the intersection of demand and manufacturing. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver, able to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide business decisions. This person excels at balancing diplomacy with decisiveness, managing expectations, influencing outcomes, and driving alignment across global teams.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Responsibilities Act as the central liaison between demand planning and manufacturing to align forecasted demand with factory production capacity. Develop and manage accurate, data-driven supply plans that meet business and inventory goals. Evaluate batch runs, lead times, and capacity constraints to ensure production feasibility and compliance. Troubleshoot SAP data outputs to identify and resolve mismatches between expected and actual results. Present clear insights, recommendations, and solutions to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in supply planning, manufacturing, and buying from the factory/supply side (not retail). Advanced proficiency in SAP, including logic paths, data interpretation, and issue resolution. Skilled at translating technical supply concepts for non-technical audiences and influencing cross-functional outcomes. Strong analytical background with advanced Excel skills; experience with Tableau, Cognos, or MMX preferred. Experience in finished goods, short lifecycle, or high-SKU product environments such as apparel, footwear, or consumer goods.
Compensation Up to $38/hr. (DOE)
