IT Systems Manager - South of Boston, MA - Up to $145k

Job Description This is an individual contributor position for an IT Systems Manager. You will be the overall Business Systems Specialist responsible for managing the IT infrastructure of the organization, including the ERP system, network infrastructure, security, and database.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing and optimizing IT infrastructure to support business operations.
Ensuring the organization is complying with corporate and industry IT security standards.
Working well with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and external consultants on projects.
Monitoring department budget and setting strategic IT objectives.
Supporting the organization’s internal IT operations—helping with daily support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years IT Systems Administration / IT Systems Management experience.
Extensive Windows background; expert in Microsoft technologies, including Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint, Office 365, and Azure Cloud.
Database management experience (SQL preferred).
Expertise in network administration & security.
Mobile device management experience.
Manufacturing industry experience.
PLC and SCADA device familiarity.
Knowledge of ERP systems is also beneficial—Epicor preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills.
Benefits & Compensation
Hybrid work schedule—4 days on site, 1 day remote.
Base salary of $135k–$145k.
Annual bonus—up to 12% annually.
