About the Team:
The Supply Chain team turns design intent into executable reality, balancing lead time, cost, complexity, and manufacturability to ensure we can build and scale Terran R. About the Role: This candidate will lead the Central Procurement Team which is inclusive of IT, Facilities, Travel, Consulting and various other related categories and the individuals supporting those verticals.
Implement indirect procurement strategies to drive cost savings, benchmarking, operational efficiencies, improved contract terms and conditions, supplier performance and reduced supply chain risk
Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to anticipate requirements and implement procurement strategies aligned to business requirements with short‑range and long‑range strategic planning
Manage end‑to‑end process including, but not limited to PO Creation, RFI/RFQ/RFP process, Invoice Resolution, full supplier and stakeholder relationship management
Identify and capture cost savings as part of RFPs, leading negotiations with suppliers.
Provide day‑to‑day management, direction, and accountability for all direct reports, and as a leader on the Indirect Team.
Partner with leadership to hire, train, and develop a strong team of individuals to support across the Supply Chain org and build your team as business requirements change to support centralization of all source‑to‑pay activities for the indirect portfolio
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain/Operations Management, Engineering, or similar
10+ years of working in an indirect procurement role within a fast‑paced manufacturing/operations or technology environment and strong knowledge of fundamental Strategic Sourcing principles and contracts
3+ years of working as a people manager
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic, start‑up environment, strong contracting knowledge and negotiation experience
Ability to develop and present recommendations confidently to Sr. and Executive leadership
Nice to haves but not required:
Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations Management, or similar
Experience supporting high‑growth manufacturing/operations organizations as an indirect procurement leader
