Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for Front Desk Staff at Best Western Hotels & Resorts located in Redwood City, CA. As a Front Desk Staff member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing guest check‑ins and check‑outs, answering phone inquiries, and performing receptionist duties. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, providing local area information to guests, and assisting in ensuring seamless operations at the front desk.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Proficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist duties to handle guest inquiries and manage daily front desk tasks.
Basic computer literacy skills, including familiarity with reservation systems and standard office software.
Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a positive, professional demeanor.
Prior experience in hospitality or customer‑facing roles is beneficial but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent education; additional certifications in hospitality are a plus.
