We are a newly established managed service provider delivering cutting‑edge technology to health systems. We are seeking an experienced Epic Application Analyst, HIM Hospital Coding to join our team of 500 and support our journey.

Functions under the direction of the Application Manager, the Epic Application Analyst provides intermediate system‑level support for multi‑user clinical and financial applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and support of these systems, as well as participation in project planning sessions, establishment of project goals, milestones, and procedures, and management of projects of varying complexity.

Qualifications and experience:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in technology and/or healthcare or related industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Team‑oriented with constructive feedback and support for team goals.

Ability to multi‑task and complete tasks independently with minimal guidance.

Analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to propose solutions.

Comprehensive understanding of application support.

Primary resource for at least one application module.

Ability to translate business or clinical requirements into technical solutions for application implementation.

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration or Information Technology (preferred).

HIM Hospital Coding Certification required.

Travel requirements: 25%.

Physical requirements: Sedentary work, occasional lifting up to 10 pounds.
