Who You Are : You’re a detail‑oriented and creative media professional who can help bring the Michael Kors brand to life across digital, print, and OOH. You are strategic and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, approaching every project with precision, curiosity and a collaborative mindset. What You’ll Do : Media Planning & Strategy Develop, manage, and maintain day‑to‑day media plans across Digital, OOH, and Print based on marketing direction, research, and insights.

Oversee and execute media planning, revisions, and general plan maintenance for global partners in APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and MX.

Digital media plan development based on strategy — from planning placements through execution, tracking metrics, and compiling performance reports.

Plan and execute annual retail advertising initiatives, including lease‑required advertising (LRA) and in‑mall advertising for lifestyle and outlet stores.

Monitor and report on the media marketplace to stay abreast of trends, identify opportunities in emerging media, and recommend new technologies.

Execution & Operations Create and send insertion orders to all publications within booking deadlines, ensuring accuracy of costs and positions.

Liaise with creative and production teams to track and ensure advertising asset deliverables align with media plans, usage needs, and timelines.

Maintain organized trackers, seasonal decks, and documentation to support seamless execution and cross‑team collaboration.

Create Advertising Creative Briefs for all advertising insertions, including print, outdoor, and digital.

Manage invoice and billing processes for brand and licensing plans to ensure accuracy within the overall global media budget.

Partnership Management & Negotiation Serve as the main point of contact for all U.S. media partners and agencies.

Negotiate media placements to achieve the best value and efficiencies across channels.

Build strong cross‑functional and external relationships to ensure seamless collaboration and flawless execution of media plans.

Create, execute, and implement RFPs across all U.S. titles annually and as needed.

Leadership & Communication Confidently present media strategies and results through compelling recaps, data visualizations, and presentations.

Mentor and support the Global Media Assistant, fostering professional growth and ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timeliness across all tasks.

You’ll Need to Have :

2-3 years of experience in media planning

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

Experience planning across multiple types of media (ie : Outdoor, Print, Digital, Experiential)

Understanding of media basics and concepts

Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

Fashion and / or Retail media planning experience

Enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic

Exceptional organization skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh ideas and approach challenges with innovation

Clear, proactive, and solution‑oriented communication skills across teams and partners

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

Compensation Range :

$65,000.00-$75,000.00
