About the Role The Automotive Service Technician services and repairs vehicles in accordance with established standards and procedures. You may also be assigned to conduct pre‑delivery service on new vehicles to ensure excellent working order for the customer. The Service Technician must deliver the highest quality service while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs.
Perform routine service inspections or tests and complete standard maintenance jobs.
Ensure required documentation is complete and compliant with regulations and standards.
Help maintain shop appearance and safety standards; support efficient shop operation through inventory stocking and general functions.
Follow all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules.
Attend all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
Professional and dependable; safety and customer‑service oriented.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Outstanding communication skills and professional appearance.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
Entry‑level technician with work experience accepted.
