Recruiter – ABA Therapy (BCBAs & RBTs)

Apple ABA is a growing provider of in-home ABA therapy services for children with autism across Northern and Central New Jersey. We are looking for an experienced, proactive recruiter to help us expand our team of BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) and RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians).
About the Role:
This position requires someone who already understands the ABA field and the unique process of hiring clinical staff. We are not looking to train someone into the role — we’re seeking a self-starter who can jump right in, take initiative, and deliver results.
You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for clinical positions, including sourcing, outreach, interviewing, and onboarding. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and creative in their approach to finding and engaging top talent.
Responsibilities:
Proactively source and recruit qualified BCBAs and RBTs through job boards, LinkedIn, schools, and other creative channels.
Screen applicants to ensure they meet credentialing and experience requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and requirements are completed efficiently.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruiting activities.
Develop and implement strategies to attract new candidates and build our talent pipeline.
Requirements:
Proven experience recruiting for ABA agencies or behavioral health organizations (required).
Familiarity with BCBA and RBT credentialing, licensing, and onboarding processes.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proactive, creative thinker who can develop new approaches to candidate outreach.
Compensation:
