Front Office Supervisors lead the agents who are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives an opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment, responding to guest inquiries, coaching, giving direction, training, scheduling, payroll, and interviewing. Shift
A flexible schedule to work primarily mid and evening shifts. Weekends are required. We work with our team on holiday requests and extend based on business needs and seniority. Compensation
The wage range for this opportunity is $23.41 to $25.20 per hour. This is the hourly pay rate for this position at Ventana Big Sur, Alila Resort. Decisions regarding salaries are based on experience and training levels. Service charge payout: eligible positions may receive a service charge payout ranging from $300 to $500 per week, subject to change based on business levels. Benefits
