Overview As the

Strategist, Jack Health US , you are a key member in our creative-idea-generating, strategic-thinking, problem-solving community. You bring expertise, experience, and a point-of-view in the healthcare category, making our teams sharper and smarter about our key audiences, including consumers, patients, and healthcare professionals (HCPs).

You’ll provide category and persona insight, blended with sparks of inspiration. You’re a credible healthcare category expert and strategist who is comfortable as a thinker / writer / doer / problem solver / teacher. You willingly raise a hand to brief a creative team, frame out a content agenda, aggregate research, co-create messaging, and partner with the account, content, creative, and production colleagues to design extraordinary experiences / programs / platforms for our clients. You enjoy translating scientific and medical information into actionable insight with just enough heart to make everyone around you better.

Responsibilities

Brief and collaborate with creative teams; frame out content agendas and co-create messaging for healthcare brands.

Provide category and persona insights, blending research with inspirational ideas.

Translate scientific and medical information into actionable insights for internal and external audiences.

Work with account, content, creative, and production colleagues to design experiences, programs, and platforms for clients.

Develop measurement platforms and assess data (qual and quant) to demonstrate client successes.

Qualifications

A healthcare category expert with roots in pharmaceutical, biotech, consumer health, or medical device clients. HCP and/or omnichannel experience is a bonus.

Strategist comfortable with work for internal and external audiences.

Experience in experiential marketing within healthcare with a point of view on engaging audiences within regulatory environments.

Ability to translate and synthesize scientific content and communicate ideas with clarity and style.

Strong data sensibility, with experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis and developing measurement frameworks.

Willingness to contribute across projects, accounts, and new business, often in support of senior leadership.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well with others and drive team success.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
