What You’ll Do
Own and champion
the ARIS platform across NMBS, ensuring it supports strategic and operational goals
Empower stakeholders
by translating business needs into clear, actionable process models
Define and enforce
process governance, architecture, and modeling conventions
Collaborate with IT teams
to use and integrate ARIS with systems like SAP and ServiceNow using APIs and automation scripts
Collaborate with Business teams
in defining and proposing solutions within ARIS.
Contribute technically
to ARIS scripting, metadata management, and repository optimization
Train and support
users across departments, boosting adoption and process maturity
Stay ahead of the curve
by monitoring ARIS platform updates and proposing enhancements
Requirements What You Bring
Proven experience in BPMN modeling (3+ years preferred)
Hands‑on experience with ARIS (Architect, Connect, Publisher) is a plus
Experience in enterprise‑wide process transformation or digitalization
Technical curiosity—comfortable discussing APIs, data flows, and system architecture
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Fluent in Dutch, French and English
Experience with SAP, ServiceNow, or other enterprise platforms
Familiarity with process mining tools or techniques
Background in IT, software engineering, or data analytics
Minimum Requirements
Languages: You’re fluent in Dutch, French, and English — important for working with both business users and technical teams.
Experience:
At least 3 years leading BPMN projects in a large organization
Hands‑on experience (3+ years) with BPMN tools, including setup, configuration, and process mining (SAP and non‑SAP)
Experience rolling out a BPMN tool in a company with over 1,000 employees
2+ years creating reports, dashboards, and scripts (Java)
Knowledge: Familiar with enterprise architecture frameworks
