The HT Group is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support one of our clients in Beaumont. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers a schedule of Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with pay starting at $15 hr. Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional communication and customer service through in‑person, Zoom, and phone interactions.
- Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and preparing for meetings.
- Manage and maintain files, records, and documents.
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks as needed.
