The HT Group is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support one of our clients in Beaumont. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers a schedule of Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with pay starting at $15 hr. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, and looking for a long-term career opportunity with room to grow. Dress requirements: Professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional communication and customer service through in‑person, Zoom, and phone interactions.
  • Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and preparing for meetings.
  • Manage and maintain files, records, and documents.
  • Support daily office operations and administrative tasks as needed.
