Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales expertise with technical knowledge of waste handling equipment and a commitment to sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand business in waste and recycling services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and track industry developments.
  • Partner with operational teams to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide mentorship and training to the sales team on product offerings and best practices.
  • Prepare sales proposals, forecasts, and performance reports for leadership review.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands‑on experience with waste‑handling or heavy equipment (e.g., loaders, roll‑off trucks, forklifts).
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing or recycling operations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Physically capable of assisting with field operations when necessary.
  • Familiarity with cleaning and maintenance procedures related to waste services.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and craft effective sales strategies.
