The Accounting Manager will oversee the full scope of accounting operations — including AP, AR, Cost Accounting, and General Ledger — and serve as a key financial partner to senior management. This is a hands‑on role with the opportunity to influence process improvements, strengthen controls, and lead a small, capable team.

Base Pay Range

$140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close, reporting, and financial analysis with accuracy and efficiency
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting to leadership
• Oversee audits, compliance, and adherence to GAAP standards
• Drive process enhancements to improve accuracy and streamline workflows
• Mentor and develop accounting team members while fostering collaboration
• Partner with operations to enhance cost visibility and financial insight

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience; leadership experience preferred
• Manufacturing background strongly preferred
• CPA Qualified or an active CPA a huge plus
• Strong GAAP, Excel, and ERP system skills
