What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Partner with assigned recruiters to coordinate candidate scheduling and ensure smooth interview logistics across various time zones
- Provide Tier 1 support and troubleshooting for technical and data issues related to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Create, update, and maintain all internal process documentation, ensuring alignment with the employer's brand voice
- Update and maintain the employer brand presence across various platforms, ensuring relevant company information and content
- Manage administrative functions of recruiting, including job openings, candidate offers, background checks, and job closures
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an employee or customer-facing role, preferably in Recruiting or People/HR
- Familiarity or strong interest in working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically Greenhouse
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly learn new tools
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills necessary for maintaining system data integrity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of professional interactions with candidates, recruiters, and executives
