Overview
Plant Inventory Control Associate at Niagara Bottling. The team member maintains daily, weekly and monthly inventory levels in the WMS, ensures inventory rotation and proper storage, and supports inbound and outbound inventory operations.
Responsibilities
Navigate an advanced ERP System to execute daily inbound and outbound inventory operations.
Create purchase orders (pallets, materials).
Process recycle and destruction loads.
Maintain finished goods, raw materials and sub-assembly components per established guidelines.
Process non-conforming material in Agile.
Coordinate with involved parties to ensure accurate inbound receipts, intercompany transfers, and RMAs.
Verify time inventory transaction records in the ERP system.
Complete Oracle transactions from Receiving into Inventory, WIP, or Non-Conforming inventories.
Maintain inventory integrity through daily audits and a cycle count program.
Manage material movements in Oracle and ensure in-house material control.
Compile records by SKU and quantities; validate Oracle inventories against physical counts; investigate discrepancies and report reasons.
Prepare and maintain inventory balance reports; identify shortages and discrepancies.
Organize warehouse for efficient storage and material distribution per supervisor instructions.
Maintain accurate inventory through daily, monthly cycle counts and annual year-end counts.
Assist in maintaining inventory reports by sub-organization, RMAs, and WIP.
Identify expired inventory (SLOB) and maintain product rotation (FIFO).
Engage with leadership at all levels; participate in special projects and other duties as required by management.
Comply with safety rules, GMPs and Niagara policies; uphold high standards of quality, housekeeping and productivity.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years’ experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment
2 years’ experience in a similar position

Experience may include a combination of work experience and education
Preferred Qualifications:
4 years’ experience in field or similar manufacturing environment
4 years’ experience in similar position
2 years’ experience managing people/projects
Experience may include a combination of work experience and education
Education and Certification
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Education: Associate’s Degree
Certification/License: Forklift certification preferred
Foreign Language: Minimum Professional Proficiency required; Full Professional Proficiency preferred
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Rate Type: Hourly
Pay Range: $23.52 - $31.16 per hour
