Job Description Four Peaks Building Group, LLC. is looking for an experienced Project Superintendent for commercial construction contracts. The ideal candidate will be motivated and team orientated to help support a project team on a wide variety of construction projects. The Project Superintendent will coordinate and manage all on-site activities, and work with project teams including Project Managers, Field Personnel, and other office personnel, to deliver successful projects to owners, on time and on budget with the desired level of quality.

Location, Compensation, Schedule, Job Type Location: Scottsdale, AZ Compensation: Salaried, market based + candidate experience Schedule: 8 hour regular shift but longer hours may be required depending on various circumstances Job Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all required materials, equipment, and inspections occur to support the project schedule.
Responsible for site safety. Ensure the overall jobsite is safe for workers and visitors, and manage compliance with established company safety policies.
Work with the project teams to budget, forecast, and manage field personnel, and manage labor, equipment, materials, tools, and other cost considerations.
Prepare work plans and develop temporary facilities for the project.
Understand, review, and manage project plans, specifications, and manufacturer's data and execute project based upon said documentation.
Review construction documents for completeness and constructability.
Manage the overall project and 3‑week look‑ahead schedules, including creating and maintaining the master schedule.
Generate RFIs as required to ensure completeness of the project documents and identify and clarify any discrepancies.
Review submittals for compliance with project manual and plans, manufacturer's recommendations and code, or other standards applicable to the system.
Conduct pre‑construction planning.
Conduct on‑site project meetings with subcontractors and construction trades lead personnel.
Manage and supervise subcontractors and work crews for all work performed on‑site.
Work with the project team to maintain relationships with owners, visitors, subcontractors and suppliers.
Manage site work and logistics of construction site.
Qualifications and Skills
Five (5) to Seven (7) years of experience within the field of commercial construction.
B.S. Degree or equivalent work experience.
Must have good documentation skills and be proactive in resolving issues quickly.
Intermediate computer skills with experience in MS Office, MS Project and Procore (a plus).
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Understand construction plans, materials, and methods and ability to communicate effectively within the construction environment.
Current AZ driver's license and insurable driving record.
