Location: US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT HOSPITAL facility.

FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00 Shift: Flexible 1st shift 7 am to 6pm
Job Summary Has complete responsibility for the successful completion of strategic projects within the cancer service line or designated program. Plans, organizes, monitors and oversees multiple projects to meet defined requirements or business specifications. Defines, plans, tracks and manages critical inputs and provides the direction required to meet cancerservice line objectives. Serves as an internal consultant to stakeholders on implementation of program specifications. Using generally accepted project management practices and methodologies, develops and ensures adoption of key programs. Incorporates strategic planning and performance measurement capabilities, stakeholder involvement and change management protocols throughout the program life cycle.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience managing programs or key processes related to the designated area.
Experience In Customer-facing Role (internal Or External) Is Required.
Experience in developing functional specifications is also required.
Previous Work Experience In Cancer Services Is Highly Preferred.
Direct experience in project or program management (or related responsibilities) within the health care field is highly preferred.
Experience with organizational change and process improvement is highly preferred.
Previous experience with large scale, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION Bachelor’s degree is required.
Master’s Degree is preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION Demonstrated proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or related software packages to maximize the benefits of technology to complete the job.
Writing, analytical and leadership skills, as well as ability to present detailed information in large group and executive level settings. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Requires a self-starter with good judgement and problem solving abilities to independently and logically carry out department responsibilities.
Individual must be committed to a high level of customer service demonstrating respect and strong communication skills.
Ability to work with leaders at all levels of the organization, including physician and senior leadership.
