Commercial Construction Superintendent in Midland

Commercial Construction Superintendent We are hiring a Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee on‑site operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. In this leadership role, you will manage day‑to‑day field activities, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, enforce safety and quality standards, and serve as the key point of contact between the field and project management teams.

Duties & Requirements

Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution

Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents

Estimate construction costs accurately and manage project budgets effectively

Proven experience in the construction industry with a focus on building projects

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

Proficiency in supervising construction teams and subcontractors

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and organizational skills
