Client Account Associate (12-Week Temporary Role)
Onsite | Austin Texas | Full-Time | $24/hour
Role Overview This is a short-term opportunity ideal for individuals looking to gain hands‑on experience in financial operations or administrative support. Over the course of 12 weeks, you’ll support the setup and maintenance of investment accounts, working cross‑functionally to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You’ll be part of a fast‑paced environment where precision and problem‑solving are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Input and maintain client information in internal systems
Check submitted documents for completeness and accuracy
Address account setup and form‑related questions from advisors and staff
Process account transfers, direct rollovers, and similar transactions
Monitor and follow up on incomplete submissions or documentation issues
Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to resolve paperwork concerns
Make updates to account features or classification as needed
Maintain organized digital records to ensure full documentation trails
Assist with user questions about internal tools and process requirements
Support additional projects or clerical needs as assigned
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma required; college coursework preferred
Prior experience in administrative or operations roles, especially in financial services, is a plus
Solid skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational habits
Ability to prioritize tasks, handle confidential data, and follow documented procedures
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Willing to occasionally work overtime during peak processing periods
Positive, team‑focused attitude and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
Schedule & Work Setting
This is a temporary, 12‑week position with potential for extension or transition
In‑office Monday through Thursday; Fridays can be worked remotely
Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
