Base pay range: $60.00/yr - $70.00/yr
Bright Minds' global banking client is searching for an HR Business Process Analyst to support HR transformation initiatives. This is a long‑term 1‑year+ consulting opportunity.
We’re looking for a skilled HR Business Process Analyst to drive process improvement and documentation efforts across key HR functions as part of a broader modernization initiative. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in process design, system integration, and data‑driven optimization, with familiarity in HR technologies such as Workday, ADP, or comparable enterprise platforms. This role partners closely with HR, IT, and Data teams to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and ensure seamless alignment between business processes and system capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, design, and document HR‑related business processes to support ongoing transformation and optimization efforts.
Identify opportunities for process automation and integration across multiple systems.
Collaborate with HR, Technology, and Data stakeholders to align process design with system functionality.
Maintain detailed process documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in process engineering, process improvement, or business analysis, ideally supporting HR or enterprise systems.
Working knowledge of modern HR technologies (e.g., Workday, ADP, or equivalent platforms) and data integration principles.
Strong analytical mindset, communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
