Drive Major Victories: Draft persuasive motions, oppositions, appellate briefs, and legal memoranda in wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and wage & hour cases.
Shape Case Law: Take the lead on dispositive motions—including summary judgment and demurrers—that set precedent.
Be the Strategic Engine: Provide advanced legal research and guidance to strengthen trial team strategies.
Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with top trial attorneys to craft arguments, refine evidence, and outmaneuver defense teams.
Strengthen Case Fundamentals: Elevate discovery responses and strategies to maximize leverage.
Influence Settlements: Contribute to mediation and settlement strategies that achieve the best outcomes for clients.
What You Bring
J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership
4+ years of law and motion work with strong employment law litigation experience
Proven excellence in legal research, analysis, and writing (writing sample required)
Mastery of California and federal court rules and procedures
Ability to independently drive complex projects in fast-moving litigation
Passion for social justice and advocacy for employees
