12+ Months Contract with the high possibility of extension Summary:
The main function of a lab technician is to perform return complaint product evaluation and associated activities. A typical lab technician may work under the supervision of a Research Scientist. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and conduct independent investigative testing/analysis, including data collection and analysis under supervision Acquire images by using the Digital Microscope and X‑ray Systems Prepare and document laboratory data/summaries in accordance with in‑house guidelines Observe and draw conclusions regarding testing performed. Maintain accurate and complete records, methods, measurement and observations related to assigned projects/evaluations. Duties in support of day‑to‑day laboratory functions May participate in special projects related to evaluation of existing and developmental products and processes Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and problem solving skills. Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time. Basic ability to analyze data and accurately document and record results. Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree Engineering or Scientific field. 0-2 years experience required. Base pay range:
