Drive work rate discipline: monitor daily physical work progress, manage RFIs, and resolve field‑level issues in real time to sustain project momentum.

Cross‑functional leadership: serve as the point of contact for coordination between SLT, commercial, supply chain, and operations teams to eliminate internal bottlenecks for contractor execution.

Training & change management: deliver targeted training and change‑management strategies to drive successful implementation.
