Job Overview Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Chester County, PA. The BCBA will provide clinical support and supervision to staff on assignment, including registered behavior technicians (RBTs) and BCBA interns, via on‑site and virtual supervision across Chester and Montgomery counties.
Summary A BCBA will supervise and train RBTs and BCBA interns, ensure compliance with BACB regulations, conduct functional behavioral assessments, develop positive behavior support plans, provide consultation, and facilitate ongoing professional development.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide individual and group supervision to RBTs and BCBA interns, both onsite and virtually.
Deliver constructive feedback, focusing on strengths, improvement areas, and skill development.
Guide supervisees in ethical decision‑making and client welfare.
Maintain supervision records to meet credentialing standards.
Document all supervision activities (observations, feedback, discussions) for accountability.
Facilitate communication among supervisees, school staff, and supervisory teams regarding student needs.
Provide opportunities for professional development, including case reviews and training discussions.
Qualifications Education / Experience
Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
At least 3 years of post‑BCBA certification experience.
Credentials
BCBA certification.
PA Criminal Clearance.
PA Child Abuse Clearance.
PA FBI Clearance.
Official transcripts of education.
TB screening.
Employer‑paid clearances and TB screening.
