Warehouse Team Leader

to work onsite in Chula Vista, CA. In this role you will carry out supervisory responsibilities in alignment with the organization's policies and procedures, including managing employees, training, planning, reporting, addressing customer complaints, and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a dynamic operations team to support our organization.

Set team objectives and guide execution to achieve operational results.

Prepare the team for AS9100 audits.

Manage technical products, services, logistics, provisioning, quantity surveying, and configurations for assigned customers.

Manage statements of work to meet customer and contract requirements.

Respond to key customer complaints and conduct customer satisfaction investigations to ensure the establishment of appropriate improvement plans.

Additional tasks and duties as assigned.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships and communications with customers, other employees, supervisors, and managers.

Travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications – Minimum

University degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.

Prior experience in warehouse operations.

Qualifications – Preferred

Prior leadership experience managing teams.

Experience in Quality Management System and AS9100.

Process improvement practices and site risk analysis experience.

Experience with SAP and Microsoft Outlook applications.

Knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety principles.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with competing priorities and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

The salary range for this role is 72,000 USD - 144,000 USD.
