Billing Coordinator
Up to $65K + Bonus | Westchester County
A fast‑growing healthcare technology company is looking for a Billing Coordinator to support day‑to‑day billing operations and ensure timely, accurate customer invoicing. This role is ideal for someone early in their billing career who enjoys problem‑solving, working with numbers, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process and distribute client invoices promptly and accurately
Verify billing data, resolve discrepancies, and update customer records
Track billing changes and assist with case management and data entry
Communicate with internal departments to resolve billing‑related inquiries
Reconcile payments and billing adjustments within NetSuite, Salesforce, and HubSpot
Support the Accounts Receivable Manager with reporting and ad‑hoc projects
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of billing or AR experience (non‑medical, non‑collections)
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables preferred)
Familiarity with billing systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or NetSuite
Strong organizational skills and ability to work with large data sets
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
