This role is part of a dynamic Sales Team where you will partner with internal and external customers to deliver a luxury automotive experience and foster life‑long relationships.
Responsibilities
Build relationships and create lifetime customers by guiding them through vehicle selection with careful listening and thoughtful questioning.
Serve as a vehicle expert with in‑depth knowledge of product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology.
Conduct high‑quality demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
Follow up with buyers to ensure referrals and repeat business.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
Report directly to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Maintain a positive, “A game” attitude and present a professional, well‑groomed personal appearance.
Qualifications
Experience as an Automotive Sales Consultant.
Availability to work flexible hours and weekends.
Readiness to learn the in‑s and out‑s of new product offerings quickly.
Excellent communication skills with customers.
Professional, well‑groomed appearance.
Acceptable motor‑vehicle driving record per dealership guidelines.
Willingness to undergo a pre‑employment background check.
