What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead the development and execution of the customer success strategy for a large portfolio of customers
Drive new initiatives and programs to enhance customer value, adoption, and satisfaction
Ensure alignment between Sales and Customer Success to improve customer experiences
Support retention efforts by monitoring customer health and addressing challenges proactively
Build strong relationships with top customers to foster upsell opportunities and support retention
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 12 years of related experience or 8+ years with an advanced degree
Direct experience in supporting renewal processes and driving customer Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
Proven ability to manage and lead multiple teams focused on customer success
Expertise in enterprise customer success and sales processes and methodologies
Willingness to travel up to 50%
