The position is responsible for the assistance and maintenance of projects, lawn work, and various other duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Removes trash from all shop. Operates floor scrubber. Handles miscellaneous yard work. Handles all removal of snow in the winter through the use of a snowplow and distribution of salt. Handles miscellaneous janitorial work. Performs various maintenance projects such as painting, lighting, and other various tasks. Performs other duties as directed. QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent. Some High School Education acceptable. Must have the ability to work in a detailed and safe manner. Ability to operate forklift, skid loader, backhoe, zero turn mover, standup mover, and snowplow. Use of certain cleaning chemicals. Ability to read and understand labels and written and verbal directions. 3-5 years of grounds and maintenance experience.
