Position Overview Our client is seeking a passionate and motivated
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

four-day work week

What You’ll Do
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for children across age groups.
Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs.
Deliver engaging, play-based therapy sessions focused on articulation, phonology, fluency, language, and auditory processing.
Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to support skill carryover at home and provide educational resources.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans per clinic and licensing standards.
Participate in team meetings, peer collaboration, and ongoing professional growth activities.
Foster a positive, nurturing, and motivating environment for all clients.
What You’ll Bring
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field.
Current or eligibility for North Dakota SLP licensure (our client will assist with licensing if needed).
Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and families.
Knowledge of or willingness to learn evidence-based therapy methods.
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with autism spectrum disorders or auditory processing challenges.
Familiarity with pediatric clinic or school-based settings.
Interest in professional development and evidence-based practice.
