Director of Sales And Business Development Antalpha (NASDAQ: ANTA) is a leading fintech company specializing in financing, technology, and risk management solutions for institutions in the digital asset industry. Through our Antalpha Prime platform, we provide Bitcoin supply chain and margin loans, enabling clients to originate and manage digital asset loans while monitoring collateral positions with near real‑time data.

Role Overview The

Business Development VP/Director

will be responsible for driving Antalpha’s growth in the U.S. and global markets reporting directly to COO. This role focuses on identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities, while building long‑term client relationships in the crypto, mining, and financial services sectors. The ideal candidate is a results‑driven professional with proven experience in developing strategic partnerships and deep knowledge of the crypto and mining industries.

What You’ll Do

Drive growth opportunities:

Identify and pursue potential clients, partnerships, and market segments across the U.S. and EMEA.

Expand customer base:

Develop and implement go‑to‑market strategies that accelerate client acquisition and revenue growth.

Build trusted relationships:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Close high‑value deals:

Lead contract negotiations, structure business agreements, and secure long‑term partnerships.

Represent Antalpha externally:

Act as a brand ambassador at conferences, events, and industry forums to strengthen Antalpha’s presence in the market.

Collaborate internally:

Work closely with product, operations, legal, and marketing teams to align business development initiatives with company objectives.

Stay market‑aware:

Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging opportunities within crypto, mining, and financial services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus.

10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within

crypto, mining, or financial services .

Demonstrated knowledge of the crypto and mining industries, including key players, products, and regulatory trends.

Proven track record of originating, negotiating, and closing complex deals.

Strong network of institutional or enterprise clients in fintech, digital assets, or adjacent industries.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Willingness to travel within the U.S. and internationally as required.
