Civil Trial Attorney – Medical Malpractice / Nursing Home Negligence
to join our
Columbia
office for a practice focusing on the defense of doctors, hospitals, long‑term care facilities, dentists, and other health professionals.
Ideal candidates will have at least three (3) years of experience practicing in this area. Compensation is highly competitive, with excellent benefits and a flexible work environment that supports a balance between work, family, and community involvement.
Responsibilities
Defend clients in medical malpractice and nursing home negligence cases.
Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
Assist in discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in medical malpractice / nursing home negligence litigation.
J.D. from an accredited law school and in good standing with the bar.
Strong advocacy, research, and negotiation skills.
