Position Overview As a Senior Project Engineer, you will lead the technical delivery of client projects and serve as the go‑to expert for your assigned accounts. Partnering closely with Account Managers, you’ll scope, plan, and execute projects; ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with outstanding client satisfaction. In this role, you’ll act as both a technical leader and trusted advisor, building lasting relationships while guiding a diverse range of clients to success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead IT project implementation (infrastructure, servers, Microsoft 365—including Azure & SharePoint, networking, security).
Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycle and documentation.
Serve as technical contact for clients; ensure clear communication and retention.
Collaborate in weekly planning meetings and project reviews.
Participate in rotating on‑call schedule (approximately once a quarter).
Required Qualifications
5+ years IT infrastructure experience, including 3+ years in an MSP or client‑facing role.
Proven project leadership in servers, networking, Microsoft 365 migrations, and security.
Expertise with Microsoft Server 2016–2025.
Firewall, switch, and wireless configuration across multiple vendors.
Microsoft 365 (Azure, SharePoint, Intune) administration.
Strong documentation and process discipline.
Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects with consistent quality.
Additional Qualifications
Microsoft certifications (MS-700, MS-102, AZ-104 or higher).
Azure migration/hybrid cloud/security experience.
SharePoint implementation experience.
