About the Role
As a ServiceNow Architect at Varmoda Tech, you'll design strategic, secure, and high‑scale solutions on the ServiceNow platform that support complex enterprise‑/federal‑grade environments. You'll guide end‑to‑end architecture from design through implementation, collaborating with cross‑functional teams (cloud, AI, cybersecurity) to uphold our mission: "Delivering operational excellence in War Mode."
Key Responsibilities
Define architecture standards, governance, and roadmap for ServiceNow implementations.
Work with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into platform‑level designs.
Lead solutioning for integrations (cloud, AI, security systems), performance, scalability, and compliance.
Mentor developers and administrators; ensure adherence to best practices and Varmoda Tech's secure DevSecOps culture.
Drive platform adoption, continuous improvement, and lifecycle strategy.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven ServiceNow architect experience (designing large‑scale implementations).
Deep understanding of integrations (cloud, AI, cybersecurity), enterprise architecture.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross‑discipline collaboration.
Knowledge of federal compliance (FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST), quality/process frameworks (CMMI, ISO) is a plus.
