Lead a team of clinicians to bring patients back to health. Oversee all rehab services at the facility, providing direct patient care and ensuring highest standards. Teach, mentor, and support therapists and assistants in program design, implementation, and execution. Collaborate with team, make referrals, and support patient care decisions. Adapt to team and patient needs, embrace variety across settings. Qualifications
Degree in a rehabilitation discipline (PT, OT, PTA, COTA, SLP) required. Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice. Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third‑party billing. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems. Knowledge of all state practice acts. Positive interaction with personnel, patients, families, visitors, agencies, and the public. Effective management and motivation of staff. Salary and Bonus
Posted Salary Range: USD $69,000.00 - USD $98,000.00 per year. Bonus: USD $10,000.00 sign‑on. Seniority Level
