Role Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position needs and create engaging job postings
Post roles on internal and external platforms; track candidate flow and pipeline
Schedule and coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely communication with candidates
Maintain and update the applicant tracking
Recommend and help implement process improvements to streamline recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates
Onboarding & Offboarding
Coordinate and execute onboarding for all new hires, including orientation schedules, welcome materials, and 90‑day milestones
Coordinate employee benefit enrollment and serve as a point of contact for benefit‑related questions
Serve as a point of contact for new hires, helping them integrate into the company culture
Support the offboarding process, including exit interviews, system deactivation, and final paperwork
Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with documentation requirements
HR Administrative Support
Assist with maintaining accurate HR records and update internal databases with employee information, contact details, and employment forms
Support HR team with reporting, compliance tracking, and audits
Help coordinate employee communications, events, and engagement activities such as Lunch & Learns
Respond to general employee inquiries and elevate issues as needed
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
Support various HR projects assigned, such as policy updates, trainings, or performance cycles
Provide administrative support including survey tracking, report preparation, filing, and other clerical tasks
Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
Perform additional HR and recruitment duties as assigned to support departmental goals
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of HR experience required
Basic HR knowledge required
Strong communication and professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Suites
Preferred Skills
Experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment
Familiarity with HRIS platforms, i.e. ADP, plus
Strong relationship‑building skills
HR certification (such as SHRM‑CP, PHR, or equivalent), plus
Initiative —volunteers readily; undertakes self‑development activities; seeks increased responsibilities; takes independent actions and calculated risks; looks for and takes advantage of opportunities; asks for and offers help when needed

Physical Requirements Regularly stand/sit for extended periods, operate office equipment, perform light‑moderate lifting, lift/move up to 35 lbs. occasionally, bend, twist, and maintain posture.
