We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Screener to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and screening potential candidates to ensure we attract top talent that aligns with our company culture and requirements.

Summary:

This is a professional Talent Acquisition Screener position. The ideal candidate will have held recent roles specializing in recruiting, sourcing, or candidate screening.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Lead Recruiters and hiring managers to provide phone screening support for high-volume roles across multiple business units, including:

Sales

Manufacturing & Quality

Clinical Trial Operations

Field Medical Affairs

Review candidates in ATS and identify shortlists for Lead Recruiter review

Conduct detailed phone screens and provide written summaries and overall recommendations

Upload phone screen documentation into candidate profiles in ATS

Adhere to standardized recruitment processes and update recruiters regularly on opening statuses

Ensure compliance with OFCCP/EEO guidelines and internal SOPs related to applicant flow, job folders, and reporting

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in Talent Acquisition

Experience in pharmaceutical, consumer goods, or similar industries

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to quickly learn and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and federal/state employment legislation

Ability to use behavioral interviewing techniques, assessment tools, and screening processes
