We are seeking a strategic, fast‑paced, and highly visible leader to drive the development of customer‑centric Commercial Vehicle (CV) products. This role will lead and influence cross‑functional teams – including Engineering, Research, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing – to define, develop, and deliver innovative CV solutions that exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will champion the voice of the customer, ensuring our vehicles are equipped with the right technologies, features, and capabilities to support a wide range of commercial applications and equipment.
Responsibilities
Lead cross‑functional collaboration across Engineering, Design, Research, Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing to define CV product strategy and execution.
Translate customer insights and market trends into actionable product requirements and features.
Drive innovation and integration of new technologies to enhance vehicle functionality and commercial utility.
Ensure CV products meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of performance, durability, and adaptability.
Advocate for commercial equipment compatibility and feature integration throughout the product lifecycle.
Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to inform product direction and differentiation.
Present product strategies and updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross‑team alignment to ensure successful product launches.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in product development, preferably in automotive or commercial vehicle sectors.
Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
Experience with product lifecycle management and innovation processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with commercial equipment integration and vehicle upfitting.
Experience in customer research and translating insights into product features.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for commercial vehicles.
External experience within CV industry.
Strong understanding of commercial vehicle customer needs and industry trends.
