We’re seeking a confident, outgoing individual to join our Miami, FL team as a Business Development and Sales Assistant. This is a full-time, entry-level role ideal for someone who enjoys direct interaction with people while learning the ropes of how brands and causes grow through face-to-face outreach.

You’ll work on the front line of our pop-up events—helping raise awareness for nonprofit partners—while also supporting communication efforts behind the scenes. This is a great stepping stone if you’re considering long-term progression into event coordination or client-facing roles.

Your Main Focus:

Engage with members of the public at pop-up events to raise awareness and drive supporter sign-ups

Assist in coordinating event setup, signage, and booth visuals to reflect each campaign’s goals

Communicate event feedback and insights to team leads to help improve outcomes

Support follow-up communications with partners and supporters as needed

Participate in briefings and help prepare materials for upcoming events and outreach
