Location: McAllen, Texas (in-person with some remote flexibility) Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday, occasional weekends as needed) Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience + performance bonuses Languages Required: Fluent English & Spanish Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, bilingual

Personal Assistant

to support both

professional and personal affairs , with a focus on

real estate operations, private medical practice coordination, and household management .

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented — someone who can handle everything from scheduling and spreadsheets to errands, event coordination, and household logistics.

Key Responsibilities Administrative & Professional Support

Manage calendars, appointments, calls, and correspondence

Draft, proofread, and prepare documents, presentations, and reports (Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Google Workspace)

Organize files and maintain accurate records

Handle confidential information with professionalism

Real Estate & Medical Practice Assistance

Support with property listings, marketing materials, and client communications

Track expenses, leases, and transaction timelines in Excel

Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-ups, and billing inquiries

Communicate with vendors, clients, and insurance representatives

Household & Personal Assistance

Manage household schedules, appointments, and maintenance coordination

Run errands (shopping, deliveries, drop-offs, etc.)

Assist with travel planning, event coordination, and reservations

Oversee vendors, contractors, and service providers

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations at home and in the office

Skills & Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and Google Workspace

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and comfort running local errands

Experience in real estate, medical administration, or household management preferred

Discreet, trustworthy, and professional demeanor
