TeleSolv Consulting offers an immediate opportunity to work with the Federal Government as a
Customer Service (BPO) Specialist
enabling you to have a Public Trust Background investigation.
This is a remote position based in Dallas County, TX.
Please note that this is a 10-day temporary role that may require 12-hour shifts.
As a Disaster Preparedness Outreach Specialist supporting government initiatives, you will lead and support community outreach and engagement efforts to promote disaster readiness. This role translates strategic preparedness objectives into actionable outreach plans, ensuring that activities align with scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities: This includes developing educational materials, coordinating public events, building partnerships with community organizations, and evaluating program effectiveness to enhance resilience across diverse populations.
Qualifications:
Must currently be a U.S. Citizen.
Willing to go through an intense background check.
Active Tier 1 Public Trust, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
Two (2) years of general administrative experience with customer interface.
This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related to your character and trust worthiness.
